Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages from American Eagle Roofing to people who ask for them through the Roof Visualizer. You never have to agree to receive texts to use the visualizer or to get your visualization.

How you opt in

Only by ticking the text-message box on the visualizer’s contact form and submitting it. That box is unticked by default and is never required. Giving us your phone number for an estimate does not opt you in to marketing texts.

What we send

Occasional messages about roofing offers and promotions, and messages about a roofing estimate you asked us for. Frequency varies and is not fixed; we do not send a scheduled number of messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. American Eagle Roofing does not charge for the messages themselves — your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop all further texts. You may get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may not reach every device or every network.

Your information

We use your phone number to contact you about your request and, if you opted in, to send the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number.
